Cision Jobs – the specialist jobs board for Journalists and PR Professionals

Cision Jobs (formerly Gorkana Jobs) has a proud reputation of helping Journalists and PR professionals find great jobs across all sectors of the journalism and PR spheres, from consumer to corporate and everything in between.

We’ve been doing this for nearly 10 years and we’ve had a full-service, dedicated jobs board since 2011.  We re-branded as Cision Jobs in late 2018, in line with the wider Cision brand which is a giant in the world of PR media monitoring and analysis.

Our jobs board is free to use for Jobseekers and we’d strongly recommend creating a profile and tailored job alerts and uploading your CV - so recruiters can search for you.

We also regularly upload new careers related content including CV/Interview tips & tricks and write ups of our #CisionMeets series (where PR professionals can meet and put questions to respected Journalists) and other industry related news.

For recruiters we have a special offer for CIPR members. Enter the discount code CIsionPRJobs (case sensitive) to claim a 15% discount on any PR job listing.

Cision host hugely successful events offering insight and learning from the best and most successful PR campaigns and professionals in the business.

In November 2018 Cision held CommsCon18 – our first ever communications congress where we brought together the biggest and best in PR and spent a whole day discussing the state of the industry with high-profile panel events, keynotes and debates.

But this year we’re going to approach things a little differently and will be hosting a variety of smaller, themed events throughout the year as part of the CommsCon franchise – so what’s next?

On June 25 at the Ministry of Sound in London, we bring you CommsCon X INSIGHTS – the first event of our series and which concentrates on comms measurement and proving ROI in an era where AI and machine learning are looking to transform the PR industry.

In this half day session we will be examining why, in a world of big data, it’s more crucial than ever before for communicators to maximise their humanity with authentic, creative and effective campaigning – and how to utilise the theory of ‘people plus tech’.
