Fairmont Windsor Park opened its doors in 2022, on the site of the previous stately home owned by the Schroder banking family. It offers the scale and splendour of an historic manor house with all the convenience of a purpose-built, state-of-the-art environment for your every events need.

There are three unique spaces for hire, each one designed to provide an atmosphere and tone which perfectly sets off the event you have planned, regardless of size or purpose.

If you’re looking for botanical grandeur, The Orchid Tea Room is the perfect haven and takes its name from Mrs Schroder’s fondness for the exotic flower. Fresh florals blend with luxurious furnishings to create a stimulating yet tranquil setting for gatherings, meetings or tea parties featuring the Fairmont’s delicious patisserie.

For a different sort of gathering, why not choose the oak-panelled Library Club with its opulent leather sofas and restrained elegance. During the day, it offers the perfect surroundings for meetings, more informal coffee chat or any type of private event where comfort and style is a must. In the evenings, its mixologists and an extensive range of spirits – and in particular the venue’s partner Macallan whisky – come into their own as some judicious low lighting transforms the space into an intimate cocktail lounge.

If you’re looking for something with state-of-the-art conference facilities, the hotel offers an entire wing comprising 15 individual spaces from modest boardrooms to a grand ballroom able to accommodate up to 700 delegates. On one dedicated floor, they offer 11 executive rooms available in any configuration to host meetings from 12 – 100 people. They’ll even add your company’s branding for that sense of ownership.
