Montcalm Mayfair: the perfect meeting space in the heart of London

At Montcalm Mayfair, luxury meets sustainability – while delivering an event space with character. This five-star venue ensures your meeting is as stylish as it is responsible.

It’s taken an extensive two-year renovation, but the five-star Montcalm Mayfair, located in the heart of London’s (you guessed it) Mayfair, is finally ready for you.

With its new ‘Sensitive Luxury’ concept, this Autograph Collection Hotel, just a few steps from Hyde Park, the West End and Marylebone, is something of a flagship for high-end boutique hospitality.

And thanks to its celebrated award-winning architects Holland Harvey and interior designers Studio Est and Studio Mica, the hotel’s original Georgian townhouse façade has been meticulously restored, preserving its 18th-century charm while integrating more contemporary features. It’s a bit spesh, to say the least.

Bloom room events space

And for those needing a fabulous event space, its Bloom Room decidedly has you covered. Bathed in natural light, this intimate private dining and event space accommodates up to 10 guests – it’s ideal for small gatherings, meetings, or exclusive dining.

With lush greens and earthy tones, it’s garden- inspired design also reflects the hotel’s overarching theme of nature; and the artist Camille Rousseau has contributed to the space’s beauty with custom ceiling murals and artwork that underline the concept.

For larger events, there’s the Grand Ballroom – a contemporary, expansive and versatile venue measuring 400 square meters. Capable of accommodating up to 350 dinner guests, it’s perfect for conferences, weddings, and other lavish gigs.

Moving forward, the Library will soon be available for exclusive use; and this private space can be reserved for workshops, seminars, or meetings, offering a quiet, sophisticated space for smaller, more focused brainstormings.

Whether hosting a corporate event or a more intimate session, it sounds like the perfect spot for some very productive collaboration.

Sustainability matters

The Montcalm Mayfair isn’t shirking when it comes to sustainability either, reflected in the hotel’s design and operations.

With energy-efficient systems and partnerships with social enterprises, the hotel’s actively pursuing certifications such as B-Corp (a certification awarded to businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability), Green Key, and EarthCheck (similarly, internationally recognised sustainability certifications for the hotels and tourism businesses), ensuring your event is as eco-minded as possible.

The hotel also offers a range of dining options, including Lilli by Akira Back, blending British cuisine with Korean and Japanese influences. And should you wish to stay, rates for rooms begin at £500 per night – a snip, for a slice of absolute heaven. Top of FormBottom of Form
